Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely data for payroll processing.
Services are provided based on the information submitted by the client.
The Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data supplied by the client.
Pricing is agreed upon at the time of engagement and may vary based on service tier, number of employees, and complexity.
Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in service suspension and/or additional fees.
Clients agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of login details or access credentials provided.
Ensure that payroll data is submitted on time.
Notify Fast Style Limited of any changes in employee status or business structure.
Remain compliant with all applicable employment and tax laws.
We treat all client information as strictly confidential.
Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not disclose any client data to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.
While we strive for 100% accuracy, Fast Style is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
All content, branding, and software used in our services or website is the intellectual property of Fast Style and must not be copied or redistributed without permission.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
